These Terms of Sale apply to physical products purchased directly from EMS Mastery through this website. Digital resources purchased through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions applicable on those platforms.
Orders and Pricing
All prices displayed on the EMS Mastery website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR). Product prices and availability may change from time to time.
Submitting an order form does not constitute payment or final confirmation of an order. Once an order is received, EMS Mastery will confirm the order details and, where applicable, calculate the courier charge. An invoice showing the final amount payable will then be sent to the customer.
Payment
Payment may be made by EFT using the banking details provided on the EMS Mastery invoice or through the secure online payment option provided with the invoice.
Orders will only be processed for collection or dispatch once payment has been received and confirmed.
EMS Mastery does not collect or store customers’ card details on this website. Online payments are processed securely by the applicable third-party payment provider.
Collection and Delivery
Customers may select collection or courier delivery when placing an order.
Collection arrangements will be confirmed directly with the customer.
Courier charges are not included in the displayed product price unless expressly stated otherwise. For delivery orders, the applicable courier charge will be calculated and included on the customer’s invoice before payment.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Tracking or delivery information will be provided where applicable once an order has been dispatched.
Cancellations, Returns and Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you need to cancel an order, please contact EMS Mastery as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled will depend on whether it has already been processed or dispatched.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged physical product, please contact EMS Mastery promptly with your order details and information about the problem so that the matter can be assessed and an appropriate remedy arranged.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to limit any rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Digital Resources
Digital resources sold through third-party platforms, including Teacha, are purchased and delivered through those platforms and are subject to the relevant platform and product licence terms.
Digital resources may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, shared publicly or otherwise used outside the licence applicable to the resource.
Intellectual Property
Purchase of an EMS Mastery product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content. All EMS Mastery content remains protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may be used only in accordance with the terms applicable to the product purchased.
